Forces Of Nature

Many times when we try to change a bad habit into a good one we often get distracted, sometimes by a person or by materialistic needs. For example, when we try to quit our junk food intake. For the first few days it goes fine but then you came across temptation which could be from any source. Probably you see the new menu of Mc Donald's and their awesome new burger or your friend is throwing a party and you just cannot resist the rich chocolate cake  he is taunting about. After you have been tempted you convince yourself by saying that "One meal of junk food wont hurt, after all its my friends party I cant miss it!".
Convincing yourself is not hard and the next thing you know you are munching down all that you had planned to avoid. And after everything is over you are overcome with guilt.

This is what I call forces of nature. We all live in our comfort zone, it is like shutting all doors and windows while there is a storm outside but when we step out into the storm, natures fury blows us apart. Force of nature is like walking the road of life in a stormy day.

The only way to fight it is by will power and determination both which I cant be provided through words it must come from within. But what I can do is tell you the tricks of nature.

Temptation
Every time you  step out of your comfort zone the forces tempt you to go back inside it. They put you across so many sources that sometimes you just have to give in.

 Self-degradation
The forces make you feel  stupid, they fill your thoughts with self pity and make you curse yourself. You begin to think whatever you seek to achieve is a waste of time. And as a result you convince your self to give up.

Guilt.
As soon as you lose and the forces win you are left with nothing but guilt because when you look back you cannot blame anyone but yourself for your failure.

These are the common tricks of the forces of nature. So if you are trying to achieve something you really desire then beware of these factors.
